Thursday, October 25:  Designing a Pieced Picture Quilt 

Working from your own photo (send me photo before class for approval), you make a pattern to piece the top.

Friday, October 26: Piecing a Picture Quilt

Using either the pattern you developed in class Thursday, or one of mine, students will learn how to select fabric for to create a realistic image, work with freezer paper templates, and to sew a really precise seam.

Saturday, October 27: Thread Paint your own Photo

Working from your own photo (send me photo at least one week beforehand) students will learn to use straight and zigzag stitches to create a photorealistic thread painting
