"Pieces from Life" at the Essex Art Center, Lawrence, MA, will feature works by quilters Carol Anne Grotrian and Janice Jones, and collages by Janice Hayes-Cha. The exhibit runs from  May 8 to June 19 and the opening is May 11 from 5-7. For more information, www.essexartcenter.org.
